Evan is completing his Master of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering at Concordia University after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biomedical Sciences from the State University of New York at Cortland, where he was named SUNY Cortland’s 2026 Top Graduating Senior in Chemistry and received numerous academic awards and scholarships in Chemistry, Biology, and research.

Relevant Experience

  • Executive Function & ADD/ADHD: Experienced supporting students with ADD/ADHD with organization, planning, task initiation, time management, and breaking larger assignments into manageable steps.

  • K–12 Teaching: Has worked with the Renfrew County Catholic School Board since 2022, providing classroom support and substitute teaching from Kindergarten through Grade 12.

  • University Teaching: Served as a Teaching Assistant at SUNY Cortland for General Chemistry I & II and Anatomy and Physiology laboratories.

  • Advanced Science & Research: Completed approximately 1,000 hours of Bioinorganic Chemistry research and presented his work at the American Chemical Society Annual Meeting.

  • Mentorship & Leadership: Served as a Biology Peer Mentor while maintaining an exceptional academic record and competing for four years as a varsity university hockey player.
